Lowell L. Heinke

Lowell Heinke is of counsel at Pearne & Gordon LLP with expertise in all areas of intellectual property law, including extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, rendering validity and infringement opinions, negotiating and preparing license agreements, and patent expert testimony.

Before entering private practice, Lowell was a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent & Trademark Office.  He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association (Chairman, Antitrust Law Committee, 1978-1980; Member, Board of Managers, 1980-1983), and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association (President, 1980-1981).
